When you reject a document, the reason is sent to your client, who uploads the right one. Messaging lets you write to them directly in the file: your message stays next to the documents.

Do my clients need to create an account or install an app?

No. Your client receives a link by email or SMS and uploads their documents from their phone or computer, without an account or an app. They can upload in several batches and follow the progress of their file.

How are my documents protected?

Every document is end-to-end encrypted (AES-256): on your client's device, during transfer and on our servers. It is only decrypted on your side: even Doksure cannot read it. Data is hosted in Europe, in compliance with GDPR.

Does Doksure chase my clients for me?

Yes. As long as a document is missing, Doksure sends automatic reminders on a predefined schedule that is the same for every file: day 3, day 7 and day 15. By email on every plan, and by SMS on the Pro plan with SMS credits. You can enable or disable reminders for each request. They stop as soon as the file is complete.

What happens when a document is not suitable?

You reject it in one click, with a reason: blurry photo, expired document, wrong file. Your client receives the reason and uploads the right document from the same link. You can also write to them in the file's messaging: your message appears in their space, next to the documents.

What is the difference between a request and a collection campaign?

A document request is sent to a specific client, who receives their own upload link. A collection campaign relies on a single public link, shared by QR code, on your website or by email: every client who opens it gets their own private upload space. Campaigns are included in the Pro plan.

Does Doksure replace my practice software?

No. Doksure handles the document exchange with your clients; you download the complete file in one click and move it into your usual tools. With the Pro plan, the Chrome and Outlook extension lets you use Doksure from your browser and your inbox.

How does the free trial work?

You get a 14-day free trial with annual billing (7 days with monthly billing) on every plan, with no commitment. You can send real requests to your clients from day one, with your own document list.

Do my documents belong to me? What if I cancel?

Yes. You can export all your documents at any time. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period and can download everything before deletion. In case of a major change or service discontinuation, we give you three months' notice.
